How the Quest Order Planner Works
This tool ranks your current playthrough. There is no single universal best route.
Confirmed time risks first
If a quest has a timer or day-phase failure, it rises to Do now when that state applies.
Route and character lockouts next
Romance, survival and ending locks are ranked when the supporting choice or quest state is known.
Your goals influence relevance
Character, romance and ending priorities move related quests into Do next. They do not create fake deadlines.
Unknown states stay open
If a required earlier choice is missing, the planner asks you to check first instead of guessing.

Open the Quest Order GuideTime-sensitive example
A Study in Crimson has confirmed blood-delivery and day-phase failure states. The planner only treats it as Do now when those rules apply, or when the quest is still open and that timer exists.
How this differs from the Quest Order Guide
The guide explains how to judge priority for every player. This planner applies those rules to the progress, characters and choices you enter.
Priority categories
- Do now. Do now means a confirmed urgency, lockout or time-sensitive condition.
- Do next. Do next means the quest is relevant to your selected route, without an immediate timer.
- Check first. Check first means another choice or state has to be known before the planner can rank it safely.
- No known urgency. No known urgency means the planner does not currently have an urgency rule for that quest in your entered state. It does not mean the quest is completely safe.
- Resolved / locked. Resolved or locked means the quest is finished, failed, or no longer relevant.
Quest Order Planner FAQ
Does the planner create the best 30-day route?
No. It prioritizes known quest risks and your chosen goals rather than inventing one universal optimal schedule.
Does Day number change the recommendations?
Only when a known rule actually depends on the relevant progression or time state.
What does DO NOW mean?
The planner found a confirmed urgency, lockout or time-sensitive condition relevant to your current state.
What does CHECK FIRST mean?
A recommendation depends on an earlier choice or state that is not known yet.
Does NO KNOWN URGENCY mean the quest is completely safe?
No. It means the planner does not currently have an urgency rule for that quest in your entered state.
Can I ignore the recommended order?
Yes. The planner advises; you control your route.
Does it read my save file?
No. The planner uses the progress and decisions you enter or save in the guide.
Constraints
Route check
Add the quests you intend to do. This checks what the quest logic knows for certain: which of your picks demand a specific time of day, how long each one is configured to pause for, and which choices cannot both be true.

No quests added yet.
Timers that can actually fail you
These two rules are the only places in the extracted data where an interval reaching zero changes a quest outcome. Everything else that carries a timer either waits without failing anything or has never been traced, so it is listed as a gate rather than a countdown.
Blood-delivery timer expires
This timer governs Unquenchable Thirst
The rule itself is filed under A Study in Crimson
Configured interval: 1d / 2d
Traced in the quest graph: expiry sets an objective to a failure state.
Part of the same quest family: Unquenchable Thirst · A Study in Crimson · The Good Samaritan
Day-phase deadline is missed
Configured interval: 1h / 1d / 2d

What this check cannot tell you
182 quests each record their objective order as the order the data was stored in, and 549 local transitions are flagged as local control rather than a walkthrough order. Nothing in the shipped data says one quest must come before another, so this page will not give you a sequence. Anything claiming otherwise would be inventing it.
