Font of Life restores Human Health outside combat and is displayed as a daytime skill. The effect is configured with a 0.2-second period; the amount restored per execution is not established by these assets.
The quest reward obtains and unlocks rank 1. The configured period does not prove an instant heal, the amount per execution, a full-heal duration, an immediate first execution, or a separate skill-point price for claiming it.
