Where are you stuck?

Phase 1 / 5 · Wait for the Rebellion to Prepare

Rise at Dawn Walkthrough

Help Marat seize Eastridge Outpost, open the way for Catalin's troops and prepare the rebellion for its final attack on Greifberg.

Capture Eastridge Outpost, open the outer gate for Catalin's troops, then report to Marat when you are ready for Greifberg.

The early wait is a progression pause, not a countdown we should invent a precise number for.

01 Wait

Come Back in a Few Days

Marat needs time to prepare the manumits before the attack on Greifberg. Advance your playthrough until the quest updates.

This is a progression wait, not a countdown we should invent a precise number for.

  1. Marat preparing
  2. Come back in a few days
  3. Rebellion ready
  4. Come back by morning

Come Back by Morning

Catalin's troops are ready; the rebellion rises at dawn.

Rise at Dawn Isn't Updating?

Check the quest state before inventing a sleep count.

  • The previous Marat route objective is complete
  • Rise at Dawn is active
  • You allowed the preparation state to advance
  • Check the Journal for “Come back by morning”

02 Return

Return to Marat & Begin the Assault

Once you give the word, they move on Greifberg. This starts the Eastridge assault, not a proven whole-game lock.

Current goal

Return to Marat once you're ready to move.

Assault Start

Before Starting the Assault

  • Heal / prepare
  • Review your equipment
  • Check unresolved side priorities
  • Ready to begin Eastridge assault

03 Enter

Enter Eastridge From Above

Follow Marat and get into position before striking Eastridge Outpost.

Follow Marat

How to Complete “Tie Your Rope”

The rebels attack from above, so the rope has to be ready first.

  1. Follow Marat to the assault position.
  2. Reach the rope interaction point.
  3. Interact before beginning the drop / assault.

04 Breach

Break Through the Outpost

Clear the first defenders, breach the second gate, then climb to open the outer gate.

Defeat the Vanguard

The first defenders have spotted Coen and the rebels. Deal with them quickly enough to keep moving.

Expected defenders

  • Soldiers
  • Heavy
  • Rogue

Prioritize enemies preventing movement toward the next gate.

Breach the Second Gate

Another gate must fall.

Follow the objective marker and complete the gate interaction / breach sequence.

Open the Outer Gate

Goal
Climb the tower
Then
Reach the gate mechanism
Result
Catalin's troops enter Eastridge

Eastridge Secured

Eastridge Outpost has been taken; Catalin's troops have breached the walls. The next target is Greifberg.

Purpose
Prepare before Greifberg
Required?
No
When?
