Immediately creates the stronger confirmed Marat/rebel betrayal state.
“I know where the rebels are hiding.”
→ Partial / Escalating
Starts betrayal immediately; the earlier scout-investigation state decides whether this local result is stronger.
Initial does not mean harmless.Revealing information is already a betrayal state. It is not equivalent to staying neutral, and it is not the same as the stronger confession lines.
